by commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms of services! feel free to ask for any clarification.
GENERAL.
- Commission requests are accepted through DM / email (preferred)
- Requests may be denied if spots are not available, or within my capabilities.
- All prices are in USD and are for personal use unless stated or agreed upon otherwise. Price may increase depending on the complexity of the request.
- Artwork may not be permitted, under any circumstances, for any blockchain related usage. this includes, but is not limited to: NFTS, cryptocurrency, and any future technology being developed in that area.

I WILL NOT DO:

PAYMENT.
- Payment is done through PayPal invoice.
- Commission will not be started unless paid for in full.
- If payment has not been received within 5 days without explanation, the commission will be cancelled.
- For commercial use, the appropriate commercial fee must be paid for in full before usage. Commercial rights cannot be revoked by me once purchased.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY.
- Commissions can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month for completion.
- Priority commissions with a specific deadline can be requested for an additional fee which will depend on the project and requested date.
- At certain stages, I will request approval before moving onto the next step.
↳ sketching (approval requested) — 5 revisions
↳ lineart / color (WIP if asked)
↳ final render (approval requested) — 2 minor revisions
- Allotted revisions are free, any additional revisions requested with information not previously provided for will come with a fee.
- Mistakes on my end will be fixed for free.
REFUNDS.
- Refunds can be requested if I have not yet started on your commission.
- Commissions cannot be refunded once I have started work on them.
- If I am unable to complete your commission, you will be refunded in full and may keep any WIPs given for personal use only.
- If you file a chargeback, your right to any work created will be retracted. Said work may be resold to other users at my discretion, and I will be allowed to file a complaint.
USAGE.
- Allowed usage is given with purchased commission or any additional rights purchased.
- You may upload your commission to any of your social media. Visible credit is not necessary, but do not claim as your own.
- If you've read this in entirety, include a frog emoji in your commission form to me and get a $5 discount!
- You may request to keep your commission private.
